Solutions Architect, Digital Engineering

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Engineering Solutions Architect to lead the design, integration, and evolution of next-generation digital platforms. In this role, you’ll drive technical vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and architect scalable solutions using modern frameworks, Graph

QL, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. You’ll play a key role in ARB (Architecture Review Board) governance, guide agile teams, and work closely with application and product teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences powered by AI and third-party integrations.

• Design and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing microservices-based architectures.

• Architect solutions leveraging Graph
  
  QL APIs for optimized data access and flexible integrations.

• Provide technical oversight to multiple agile engineering pods, ensuring consistent delivery standards.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Application teams to co-create seamless, user-first digital experiences.

• Lead integration with third-party solutions and APIs, ensuring security and performance best practices. Technical oversight of integration with key enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, pricing engines, payment gateways, and external services

• Participate in and contribute to ARB governance, presenting architectural decisions and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

• Drive adoption of Dev Ops, SRE, and CI/CD best practices.

• Evaluate and implement AI-powered features in collaboration with data and innovation teams.

• Identify and mitigate risks related to data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards by implementing necessary controls and protocols.

• 10+ years in digital engineering, software architecture, and solution design.

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

• Hands-on experience working with Graph
  
  QL and integrating APIs and third-party platforms.

• Strong collaboration skills, especially in partnering with application teams to ensure aligned, cohesive digital solutions.

• Experience contributing to and guiding ARB governance decisions.

• Knowledge of modern agile practices, Dev Ops tooling, and CI/CD workflows.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving innovation within an organization.
