JACTS Instructor

Our client, a leader in immersive training and advanced learning technology, is seeking a JCATS Instructor to support international defense training efforts. This role offers competitive compensation, full living support, and the opportunity to make a difference in real-world defense training.

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base + bonus. Full housing, healthcare, and transportation provided. Tax‑free income.

• Deliver instruction and technical support for JCATS software following LLNL New Equipment Training (NET).
• Provide classroom and field‑based training in dynamic environments, including austere conditions.
• Tailor delivery methods to various class sizes and instructional formats.
• Conduct After Action Reviews (AAR) and assist with Observer/Controller training.
• Manage training supplies and ensure readiness of support materials.

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with JCATS software, including entity creation and scenario development.
• Prior experience conducting JCATS training at the Battalion level or higher.
• Background in simulations planning and software support for military operations.
• Successful completion of JCATS LLNL NET Training.
• Valid, active passport.
