Director, SAP S4/HANA Plan to Inventory (PTI) - Retail

Responsibilities- Oversee key business development activities for our SAP consulting practice, including proposal and service offerings, project estimation, performing in a PTI solution architect role, and leading pre‑sales activities in support of SAP S4/HANA implementation opportunities.
- Lead highly skilled client and KPMG Plan to Inventory work teams through full project life cycles.
- Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings.
- Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation, career development of staff, and other people‑management decisions.
- Minimum ten years of recent experience providing SAP advisory services specific to Plan to Inventory (PTI) capabilities across multiple industries.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships with senior clients in a professional services environment; experience with SAP Activate methodology and leading design workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in leading pre‑sales activities, working at a Big Four accounting firm, and implementing SAP Greenfield and Selective Data Transition approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Deep expertise in SAP business processes and data including MRP, production planning, production execution, production order staging, quality management, integration to MES systems, and production and material master data.
- Ability to travel up to 60% based on specific project and location.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
