Sr Business Analyst (Success Factors)
Work with NBCUniversal’s HR technology team to deliver recruiting and onboarding solutions covering Success Factors, Smart Recruiters, and Click Boarding products. The portfolio will be consolidated within a 3‑5 year timeframe.
Base Pay Range$85,000.00/yr – $/yr
Job DescriptionThe Sr. Business Analyst will execute NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on recruiting and onboarding solutions. Engagement with HRોર્ડ business partners, cross‑functional technology teams, vendors, and engineering is essential for project and support activities. The role requires hands‑on application configuration and testing, and collaboration across teams to enable enhancement development, reporting/analytics, and security requirements for holistic solutions.
Responsibilities- Engage with business partners to understand processes, requirements, and businessמים in scope.
- Collaborate with vendors, business partners, and IT teams to provide the best solution based on requirements.
- Provide innovative solutions beyond system limitations.
- Execute system configuration and create reports (Report Stories, BIRT, other native reporting tools, etc.).
- Collaborate on authorization model designs and work with engineering teams for enhancement/automation requirements (SAP BTP, automations, AI).
- Manage and execute project activities for applications/modules in scope.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for applications/modules (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.).
- Navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management data, understand and create RICEF specifications.
- Continuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, Success Factors and other 3rd‑party SaaS solutions.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years delivering high‑quality HR/IT solutions and related project/support work.
- 5+ years experience with core HR systems (preferred SAP HCM / SF Employee Central) and employee life‑cycle management.
- Hands‑on configuration experience in Success Factors.
- 3+ years experience with SaaS HR solutions, specifically Success Factors; optional Smart Recruiters and Page Up.
- 3+ years experience in requirements gathering
Jy, solution modeling, and documentation. - Expertise in Success Factors Onboarding (primarily 2.0);
Employee Central / BizX / IAS touch point knowledge required. - Understanding of SaaS recruiting solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Foundational knowledge of HR Talent Management processes, specifically for the applications/modules in scope.
- Excellent project/task management skills with a track record of successful delivery.
- Proven ability to collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams to create holistic solutions.
- Availability for critical after‑hours production deployments, system upgrades, data corrections, and patching.
- Ability to work with teams/team members across multiple office locations/geographies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Occasional travel within the USA.
