Workforce Solutions Manager
Salary: $100,000 – $115,000
Location: Downtown Orlando, FL

Responsibilities of the Workforce Solutions Manager

  • Oversee and manage workforce timekeeping cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

  • Lead, coach, and support Workforce Solutions Specialists and Supervisors, including staffing, training, productivity tracking, and day-to-day operations

  • Partner closely with the Payroll Director on workload planning, performance discussions, issue resolution, acquisitions, and payroll-related initiatives

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Kronos Workforce Central/Dimensions, supporting time reporting policies, historical corrections, case management, and compliance requirements

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and training programs to enhance efficiency across workforce and payroll systems

Qualifications for the Workforce Solutions Manager

  • 5+ years of payroll and timekeeping experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment

  • Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions, with a solid understanding of FLSA and compliance standards

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll experience; CPP certification a strong plus
