Position Summary

Reporting to the Executive Director/CEO, the Director of People Operations leads all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compliance, HRIS, compensation support, and safety programs. This role oversees the HR team and ensures legal compliance, effective policy administration, and strong organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full HR operations, including policies, employee relations, HRIS, and compliance
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
  • Manage benefits programs, open enrollment, ACA compliance, and 403(b) plan coordination
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws, OSHA, Workers' Comp, and FMLA
  • Support safety initiatives, investigations, and reporting
  • Guide and develop HR team members
Qualifications
  • Master s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • PHR, SHRM certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practices
  • Leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills

It is CFKC's policy to perform a background and drug screen once a conditional offer has been executed.
