Overview

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Pay Rate: $28.00/Hour on W2

Work Location: Reliable Plaza, 100 W Anderson St., Orlando, FL 32801

Shift

Hours:

7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Work Mode: 100% Onsite for the first 90 days, then evaluate for Hybrid—one day a week remote

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Position Summary

Assist providing support related the processes and programs specifically the designated Human Resources (HR) area of assignment. Provide administrative support designated Human Resources area of assignment. This position will work in a team-oriented environment and will provide support the department through a strong work ethic, sense of commitment and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide diverse administrative support designated HR area of assignment.
  • Coordinate HR related activities and events for designated department(s).
  • Assist assigned department(s) in carrying out various HR programs and procedures.
  • Ensure documentation received and distributed is in compliance with HR policies and ensure records meet record keeping guidelines.
  • Recommend process improvements for processes in designated HR area.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Diversity Specialist to coordinate recruiting events and interview schedules, including in-person and telephone interviews for recruiters and managers.
  • Input and maintain the Talent Acquisition file system in Documentum.
  • Maintain and update Talent Acquisition related forms (conflict of interest, offer letter, etc.).
  • Schedule and monitor assessments, results of new hire physicals, and drug screens.
  • Ensure that all new hire paperwork and checklist are completed and accurate prior to hire date.
  • Review and scan all selection process related paperwork.
  • Assign Employee  create onboarding requests in the respective systems.
  • Enter new hires and create new hire documents for supervisors in the system.
  • Conduct day of hire orientation; welcome new hire, collect and process new hire paperwork.
  • Collect I-9 documents and perform E-Verify for new hires, follow-up as necessary.
  • Process Florida New Hire Reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental reports and presentations.
  • Monitor the HR Talent Acquisition Mailbox.
  • Take meeting notes and minutes.
  • Handle basic inquiries from internal and external applicants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills Required
  • Working knowledge of General office administration and management principles and practices.
Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Human Resources related programs (i.e., Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management).
  • Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices and procedures; legal guidelines, ordinances and laws.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills.
  • Be flexible in a changing environment, adjust multiple and changing priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
    Accurately take meeting notes and minutes.
  • Make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, and compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Use Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, etc.).
Experience Required
  • Experience using HR related programs (i.e., Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance Management) highly desired
  • Experience in designated HR support area preferred.
Education Required
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Associate degree (preferred) HR and/or public sector experience (preferred)
  • Florida Notary (preferred).
