Position Summary
Contract Recruiter (Multiple Opportunities)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Orlando Health is seeking 3 contract recruiters.
- One (1) to support Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital in Lakeland FL, 33812 - Watson Clinic LLP recruiting a req load of both clinical and nonclinical roles
- Two (2) to support Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) recruiting
A CRNA is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who is specially trained to administer anesthesia and provide anesthesia‑related care before, during, and after surgical, diagnostic, and obstetric procedures.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience highly preferred for Lakeland role
- CRNA recruiting experience is required for CRNA roles
- These are contract roles (6 months)
- No benefits for these roles offered at this time
Acts as a partner with hiring leaders to develop and implement strategies necessary for attracting, accessing, sourcing, and creating a great experience for qualified applicants. This role involves collaborating with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Essential Functions- Consult with department clients to define short-term staffing needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their business needs and keep updated on the active recruitment process.
- Assess talent and ask questions that help draw out candidates’ skill sets.
- Ensure a positive applicant and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process, including timely application follow-up and interview status.
- Execute recruitment plans for assigned departments and/or key roles by consulting with senior recruiters or direct manager on sourcing strategies.
- Attend career fairs and events regularly to help build the brand and identify top talent.
- Work closely with state, federal, collegiate, and professional entities to surface qualified candidates.
- Represent the organization’s brand, mission, and values with pride, emphasizing employment features and preparing candidates for a great interview experience.
- Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, or consulting.
- Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible experience in human resources, sales, or customer service, including at least 6 months in recruitment.
- Experience sourcing on external platforms and working in a metric‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with TA/HR technology and systems.
