SALARY: $62,400.00 annual salary

Position SummaryResponsible managing the Learning Management System (LMS), oversees compliance and training records, and provides reporting on training completion and performance evaluations. This role supports organizational learning by coordinating in-house and virtual training programs, preparing materials, and facilitating onboarding, including first-day orientation and facility tours.
Minimum Requirements- Associate’s degree and at least three (3) years of related experience in supporting training and development or human resources initiatives, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in a public sector or large organizational environment preferred
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality and administration, training evaluation methods, compliance requirements, and adult learning principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data reporting tools; experience with SharePoint or HRIS systems is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret training data, generate actionable insights, and apply critical thinking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations for diverse employee groups and interact effectively with employees, leadership, and vendors.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus under pressure while demonstrating initiative and ownership of assignments.
- Customer service awareness and interpersonal skills for providing responsive support and building positive relationships across the organization.
- Self-starter mindset, proactively seeking solutions and following through on tasks without constant direction.
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Professional Human Resources certifications are desired
