Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter; English​/Spanish

Overview

We are seeking a passionate Bilingual Driver Recruiter to help us grow our team by identifying and hiring top driving talent.

The Driver Recruiter will play a key role in attracting professional drivers to join our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a solid understanding of the trucking industry. This position requires strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment process.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to screen potential candidates.
• Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Communicate job expectations clearly to candidates, including pay, routes, schedules, and benefits.
• Collaborate with the HR team and management to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Use social media, job boards, and industry contacts to actively source new drivers.
• Follow up with leads and manage candidate databases effectively.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (required).
• A knack for thinking outside the box and crafting creative solutions (required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Previous experience in driver recruiting or knowledge of the trucking industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
