Corporate Recruiter - Industrial Machinery Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter with a proven track record of recruiting management, executive, and highly technical talent within a machinery manufacturing or industrial environment. This role requiresighth deep understanding of specialized engineering and leadership positions, strong stakeholder partnership skills, and the ability to recruit for critical, high-impact roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruiting efforts for senior-level, executive, and specialized technical roles, including engineering, operations leadership and more as needed.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for hard-to-fill and niche roles within machinery manufacturing and related industrial sectors.
• Partner closely with executive leadership and the HR Manager to define role requirements, success profiles, and long-term talent needs.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of complex manufacturing and engineering roles to effectively assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for leadership, engineering, and critical technical positions.
• Manage search processes, including confidentiality-sensitive searches.
• Have experience with multiple recruiting strategies in order to target the best talent for hard to fill roles.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to upper management and the HR Manager.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested.

Qualifications and

Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 8-10 years experience in recruiting (industrial manufacturing/engineering)

Additional Requirements:

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Assertive personality and able to call possible candidates through various boraemnized means such as contacting companies, rentrée on recruiting sites.
• Have outstanding phone skills
• Knows how to make informed judgment calls

• Have experience in knowing how to thoroughly check work references and know how to read candidates well to ensure the right candidate is selected for the role.
