Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

About the Role:

As a Principal Recruiter at The SR Group, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top-tier talent, and driving revenue through successful placements for a variety of industries and positions for our SR Staffing team. You’ll operate with autonomy while collaborating with a high-performing team, leveraging recruiting tools and strategies to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a 360-desk: client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop outreach strategies and cadences using recruiting platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, Gem)
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with clients
  • Track performance metrics and pipeline activity to meet revenue goals
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience running a 360-desk in a staffing or agency environment
  • Strong business development and client management skills
  • Expertise in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries or verticals
  • Proficiency with recruiting software and CRM/ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • A self-starter with a track record of exceeding targets
