We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across our U.S. operations. This is a pivotal role on our growing HR team — ideal for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to shape and build something from the ground up. What You Will Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across US operations
  • Assist with building the U.S. HR infrastructure, policies, and compliance frameworks as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date job postings and measure their effectiveness
  • Cold calling off resume banks; review resumes and screen candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for Sales Managers
  • Conduct Interviews
  • Reference checks and criminal background checks
  • Assist with onboarding including paperwork and presentations
  • Participate in relevant job fairs, conferences, workshops, and similar learning opportunities
  • Generate and update candidate tracking spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel
What you bring in:
  • 3+ years of U.S. recruitment experience.
  • HR education preferred, degree or diploma
  • Familiarity with U.S. hiring laws and regulations is a strong asset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changes must be coachable and comfortable with repetitive work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and meet the expectations of candidates and hiring managers by showcasing the above-mentioned attributes
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
  • Legally allowed to work full-time in U.S.
  • Available to work Full-Time (Mon-Fri)
