Overview

Sky Bridge Aviation is recruiting for a Recruiter role in Orlando, FL. The position focuses on staffing and recruiting for Touch Labor Maintenance, Information Technology, and Engineering in the commercial and government aviation and aerospace industry. This is a commission-driven role in a collaborative and competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open positions, helping clients find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
• Source by executing innovative strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates that align with the skillsets we support.
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls to qualified candidates.
• Work with account managers to submit candidates to clients for job placements. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates before, during, and after the interview process, and as long as they are employed on contract.
• Facilitate connections between qualified candidates and client employers, including hard-to-fill roles requiring specific qualifications and experience.
• Utilize databases, social media platforms, and an expanding professional network to identify suitable candidates.

Educational and Experience Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Experience in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Management (Preferred but not required)
• A minimum of one year in a sales-driven environment (Preferred but not required)
• Desire to work in an in-office setting that is competitive, high in production, and high energy.
• No Prior Recruiting Experience Required

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary + uncapped earning potential through weekly commission.
• After the initial 6 months:
  Hybrid flexibility for Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (1 day remote weekly).
