A Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for assisting and participating in daily culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Supervisor, you would be responsible for:

• Overseeing preparation of food in all areas during your shift
• Preparing fish and meats
• Assisting and supporting kitchen team members
• Communicating challenges to the Chef/Sous Chef
• Assisting in overseeing cleanliness and sanitation
• Setting up daily specials and happy hour food according to schedule
• Inspecting food quality and presentation
• Preparing staff schedules under guidance of the Chef/Sous Chef
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards
• Ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures
