Join The Crew Behind Epic Stays. At andCo Hospitality, we’re about turning vacations into stories worth telling. We’re looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you’ll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.

• Run the show for all things fun—from poolside games and movie nights to arts & crafts and bingo bashes. If it brings joy, you’re on it.
• Engage guests with check-ins, welcome events, and positive vibes to create memorable experiences.
• Create magic for guests of all ages—from kids to adults.
• Keep spaces clean and event-ready: pool decks, tables, and overall presentation.
• Coordinate themed activities tied to seasons and holidays to create mini-festivals.
• Balance safety with a fun guest experience—maintaining a well-rounded approach.
• Handle daily reports and cash drop-offs in an organized manner.
• Collaborate with the team and share timely information about events and activities.

• You’re a people magnet—bubbly, approachable, and capable of creating moments that matter.
• Proven track record as a standout contributor in clubs, sports, volunteer work, or similar activities that show initiative.
• Ability to read the room and engage kids, families, and groups with ease.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Calm, composed, and capable of handling pressure.
• Flexible availability to align with resort schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Commitment to inclusivity, integrity, and bringing your whole self to work.

You’ll be on your feet a lot, lifting up to 20 lbs often and up to 50 lbs on occasion. You’ll be walking, reaching, bending, and may even break out a dance move or two.
