What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a friendly and energetic team player who excels at food preparation and maintaining a clean team member dining room while providing exceptional guest service quickly and professionally.

What You Will Do
  • Stocks and maintains steam table, cold lines, beverage station and all other serving stations
  • Orders, stocks, replenishes all food, beverage and dry goods needed for service
  • Assures that all food is prepared, maintained and stored at appropriate temperatures
  • Assures that all equipment and service ware is kept clean and kept in a sanitary condition
  • Greets guests and serves the hot food from steam table
  • Maintains cleanliness of the tables and service areas in dining room
  • Completes requisition forms for storeroom and warehouse items
  • Monthly inventory of all silverware, plates, trays, etc.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs
  • Embrace flexibility by performing other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
Your Experience Includes
  • Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs required
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders and guests required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required
