Position SummaryWe’re looking for Premium Suite Attendants who enjoy working with people, take pride in hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. In this role, you will be a part of an awesome team who instinctively strive to exceed expectations, to support us in creating the best experience for our guests.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible.

About the VenueInter&Co Stadium is a premier sports venue located in the heart of downtown Orlando. The stadium proudly serves as the home of Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, and excitingly adding in a UFL expansion team this season—the Orlando Storm.
Inter&Co Stadium features 32 premium suites and 8 unique premium hospitality spaces, each designed to deliver elevated food, beverage, and service experiences on matchdays and special events. Throughout the season, we host thousands of guests across professional soccer, football, all supported by a fast-paced, hospitality-driven team.
Our Premium Services operation is built around attention to detail, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for guests who expect a higher level of service.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the event
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Must demonstrate ability to read, comprehend Banquet Event Orders and uphold service timelines
- Responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the guests in the suite including, ingredients, portion sizes, pricing and preparation
- Responsible for recording a guest’s order and relaying to the Suite Captain or Manager
- Responsible for observing guests to anticipate and respond to any additional requests
- Responsible for presenting the guest with the final bill summary and accepting payment as necessary
- Assist with post-event breakdown and reset
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and venue policies
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as related to cash/credit transactions and cash reconciliation
- Ability to be reliable, punctual, and professional
- Fine dining and/or banquet experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment preferred
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
