Oak View Group - Inter & Co Stadium [Kitchen Manager / Catering Supervisor] As a Catering Captain at Oak View Group, you'll:
Be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the serving of guests in the Suites, Premium Clubs, Hospitality Decks and other Private Function spaces;
Be responsible for full knowledge of the food and beverage menu and sharing the knowledge with the staff as well as the guests;
Evaluate designated Catering spaces after each Event for proper cleanliness and Inventory levels;
Report any equipment issues when found to the Catering Manager.
