Overview

Bell Attendant (Full-Time) at Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar bell/guest services/front office role, excellent customer service and time management skills, a current valid driver’s license, and the ability to create memorable experiences for guests at every opportunity.

Shift Pattern: Open availability any day of the week including weekends and holidays between the hours of 3pm - 12am

Pay Rate: $10.98 per hour

What will I be doing?

  • Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage
  • Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and their features
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Organize and store luggage as needed, according to guidelines
  • Ensure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
  • Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door as needed
