Hilton Orlando is looking to welcome a Part‑Time Female Spa Attendant/Receptionist to join the team!

Our hotel, which features over 1,400 guest rooms, is located near International Drive and directly connected to the Convention Center. Our eforea Spa is open Sunday–Monday (9AM‑5PM) and Tuesday–Saturday (9AM‑8PM). It houses 13 treatment rooms and offers both results‑oriented and locally inspired therapies.

Shift Pattern: 2‑3 shifts per week (AM/MID) (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)

Pay Rate: $15.60 per hour

As an eforea Spa Attendant/Receptionist, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

60% Duties:

• Welcome and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
• Extend exceptional guest service
• Maintain order and cleanliness of spa and fitness center, including cleaning the facility, locker rooms, and fitness center equipment in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards
• Stock and replenish the outlet with supplies and products, including clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc.
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Perform general spa duties, as needed

40% Duties:

• Greet, register, and orient guests to the spa and fitness center
• Ensure a high level of product knowledge of eforea spa products and services
• Process client payments at conclusion of service
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding eforea spa treatments and services, appointment availability, and retail offerings in‑person, email, and telephone in a timely and friendly manner
