We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Overnight Front Office Supervisor to support the overnight operations of our Rooms Division. This dynamic role involves assisting in the oversight of key departments including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Laundry.
Responsibilities- Supervise and support overnight staff across multiple areas of the Rooms Division
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest experiences during overnight hours
- Assist with training, mentoring, and developing team members to uphold service standards
- Participate in scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs
- Promote a positive work environment and uphold company values
This is an overnight position, ideal for candidates who thrive in a quiet, focused environment and are committed to maintaining exceptional service standards around the clock.
Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a moderate amount of weight
