Plancha Cook 2

We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our picturesque lakeside, boldly flavored Cuban‑American cuisine and golfhouse restaurant, Plancha.

• Primarily work with the hot station (I.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
• Building inventory lists, as well as strategic overview of preparation for the specific outlet
• Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort

• 2 years of culinary experience
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced, large team environment
• Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
