Hotel Night Auditor

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites / Nearest Universal Orlando, 5605 Major Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. We are currently looking for a Full Time Night Auditor to join our team! Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nearest Universal Orlando is committed to providing a clean and safe environment for everyone. Our hotel has 184 rooms, including some suites. Guests enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal’s Islands of Adventure™ and Universal City Walk™.

Just a few minutes off International Drive (I-Drive), we are close to the best shopping, restaurants and entertainment Orlando has to offer. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award‑winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

• Greeting guests, complete the check‑in/check‑out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identify the needs of each guest and provide relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities, to create an accommodating environment for all. Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Take reservations from incoming callers and input all pertinent information into the hotel management system. Update and cancel reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
• Organize previous shift paperwork, close and balance all room accounts and vouchers, investigate and analyze out of balance situations, run trial balance reports and night audit.
• Prepare guest folios for express check‑out.

• Customer Service experience, in a hotel setting preferred.
• IHG hotel brand experience is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
• Typical Schedule:
  
  Night Audit 11 PM-7 AM;
  Rate of pay $17.75 per hour. Availability to work some afternoon shifts 3 PM-11 PM or mid‑shifts as Guest Service Representative;
  Rate of pay $16.75 per hour.
