Dishwasher

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Dishwasher.

• Be responsible for the operation and cleanliness of the dish washing machine
• Wash all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other items used in the restaurant, kitchen, and banquet department
• Break down all boxes and empty trash containers into the dumpster
• Clean walls in the kitchen as appropriate
• Clean floor mats, sweep, and mop the entire kitchen floor daily
• Assist in cleaning ovens and refrigerators regularly
• Ensure the dish machine is reading at the appropriate temperature to ensure proper sanitization of dishes
• Ensure that the floor is kept dry and free of debris at all times
• Assist with unloading shipments, dating items, and putting items away

• Able to move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stock items on shelves above eye level
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Aware of safety procedures within the kitchen area

This can be a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

This position will require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.

Nationally: $11.66- $22.23/hour. Rate depends upon state/market.
