Front Desk Agent/PBX Operator | Full-Time
Omni Resorts at Champions Gate is a four‑diamond resort surrounded by 36 holes of championship golf and 15 acres of recreation. Guests enjoy a signature Mokara spa, five restaurants, an 850‑foot lazy river, and many pools and recreation activities.

To ensure appropriate checking in and checking out of guests and providing services to these guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Responsibilities- To be thoroughly acquainted with all check‑in procedures and policies.
- To be thoroughly acquainted with all check‑out procedures and policies.
- To be thoroughly acquainted with the AM and PM checklist.
- Be familiar with the Phone and Alarm System in the PBX department.
