Housekeeper, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

American Cruise Lines is hiring Housekeepers for its 2026 season. The role involves working onboard for 28 weeks to provide outstanding hospitality and uphold the company’s service standards.

Wages range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week plus additional bonuses. All major living expenses are covered aboard.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Answer guests by name and address all housekeeping‑related inquiries and service requests per company standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment and notify managers of necessary maintenance requests.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces properly.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and handle all housekeeping requests efficiently.
• Perform additional duties such as greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting with special events, and participating in cocktail parties.

Must be at least 18 years old, an American citizen or Green Card holder, and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks. Must meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking. Requires a pre‑employment drug test; alcohol consumption prohibited. Must comply with grooming standards (visible tattoos and piercings limited).
