Overview

As a member of the Westgate Blue Tree team, you will experience a truly unique and rewarding work environment.

As a Housekeeper, you will:

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operation.

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions, including carrying machines through the resort
• Floor Care experience required
