JF Restaurants is a New York City-based hospitality group led by Michelin-starred Chef and Restaurateur John Fraser.

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to oversee our cocktail, wine, and spirits program within a high-end racket sports and social club
—a space where refined dining meets energy, connection, and play.

The Beverage Manager will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day execution of the beverage program by ensuring consistency, efficiency, and exceptional service across all outlets. This role is hands‑on and leadership-focused, requiring a strong floor presence and close collaboration with the Beverage Director to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

• Oversee all aspects of the beverage program — including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships with a focus on cost control and quality
• Develop and update beverage menus seasonally, aligning with culinary direction and guest trends
• Lead staff education and tasting programs to elevate product knowledge and service standards
• Actively manage the floor during service — supporting the team, engaging with guests, and ensuring a polished experience
• Monitor performance, sales mix, and cost metrics to achieve financial targets
• Support FOH leadership in maintaining a consistent and cohesive service culture
• Ensure compliance with all beverage service, health, and safety regulations

• 3–5 years of experience in beverage or bar management within an upscale or fine‑casual environment
• Strong wine, spirits, and mixology knowledge with proven cost‑management skills
• Confident floor presence and ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
• Experience in staff training, vendor negotiations, and POS/reporting systems
• Passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable social experience

• Salary - $70,000– $85,000 (based on experience)
