Join our gynecology medical office team as a Front Desk and Medical Assistant, where you will be the welcoming face of our clinic and a vital support in delivering exceptional patient care. This role combines front desk responsibilities with clinical duties, ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate documentation, and efficient clinical support. You will play a key part in creating a positive experience for patients while assisting healthcare providers with essential medical tasks.

Previous experience is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and efficiency
• Verify patient information, collect insurance details, and assist with intake procedures
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times
• Obtain vital signs, perform basic assessments, and document patient histories accurately within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as medication administration, and specimen collection
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols
• Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout visits

• No prior gynecology experience required
• Strong professionalism and attention to confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
