TheOpportunity That Awaits You
Senior Territory Manager – you will drive launch excellence, accelerate adoption, and expand the reach of PROCEPT Robotic Systems across a strategically important territory. Lead the commercial effort to establish Aquablation as a standard of care by developing surgeon champions, deepening hospital partnerships, and executing growth strategies that increase procedural volume and market penetration.
You will guide new physicians through the surgeon pathway in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical teams, ensuring accounts achieve training, workflow integration, and operational readiness for sustained growth. Leverage your understanding of surgeon and patient pathways to identify barriers, optimize scheduling and efficiency, and expand program maturity across your territory. Your leadership will influence the success of each launch and the long-term utilization of installed systems.
As a senior member of the field team, you will help shape territory strategy, forecast accuracy, and expansion opportunities. You will coach and mentor Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on account planning, procedural efficiency, and utilization growth, elevating performance. You will lead high-impact customer business reviews, presenting utilization insights, value realization, and opportunities for growth.
This role requires a strategic, data-driven commercial leader who thrives in high-growth Med Tech environments and excels at building relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and cross-functional teams. You will balance tactical execution with strategic decision-making, aligning with Clinical, Capital, and Marketing partners to deliver a cohesive customer experience and drive adoption.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve- Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals
- Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians through the surgeon pathway
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth in existing and new accounts
- Build surgeon champions and KOL relationships to accelerate growth and market penetration
- Partner with leadership on territory expansion, forecast accuracy, and growth strategy
- Mentor Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on account planning, procedural efficiency, and utilization growth
- Leverage deep understanding of surgeon and patient pathways to identify barriers and expand program reach
- Collaborate with Clinical and Marketing teams to maximize scheduling and drive efficiency
- Develop and execute utilization strategies for each account, including block-time goals and adoption metrics
- Conduct business reviews with customers, presenting utilization data, value realization, and growth opportunities
- Align cross-functional partners around shared utilization goals and customer experience standards
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years in medical sales;
Urology / OR experience preferred - Startup or strategic sales experience (high-growth Med Tech preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams
- Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic)
