This is a salaried position that requires regular travel to 11 long-term care facilities throughout Florida
. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building relationships across teams, and creating positive, service-focused environments.

• Serve as a customer service resource for residents and families across assigned facilities
• Support resolution of concerns and improve communication between residents, families, staff, and leadership
• Help ensure staff adherence to the company’s culture program and service standards
• Travel regularly to 11 facilities throughout Florida to provide on-site support and engagement
• Partner with facility leadership to promote employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
• Support onboarding and reinforcement of culture expectations for staff
• Identify trends and opportunities to enhance resident, family, and employee experience across locations

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a long-term care or healthcare environment
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Florida
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
