We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Office Receptionist with Administrative Assistance experience to join our healthcare team. Willing to train the right person. This is an in-person interview for an on-site position. We are seeking a friendly and organized Medical Office Receptionist to work alongside our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will work at the front desk assisting our patients and other visitors, providing a positive impact on their experience and the quality of the patient s care.
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team for immediate hiring.
The position requires being a team player with a very positive attitude while working within a clinical setting that balances patient service with a tight appointment schedule. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, maintain a very positive attitude, be well-spoken, extremely pleasant, be a fast-paced learner, and maintain mental focus on the tasks at hand.
Your primary job duties will include greeting and checking in patients, answering questions, collecting patient co-pays, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments. You will also help keep our records and work areas clean and organized, as well as ensure our office provides a welcoming environment for our patients.

- Familiarity with medical records and EMRs preferred
- Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 codes preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, clinical office environment and capable of sustained multi-tasking
- Being multi-lingual is a plus, particularly in Spanish
- A positive personality with the ability to treat others with respect and pay attention to patient details and their needs as you would like to be treated
- 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
- Completion of a certificate program in the medical field is preferred, but not required
- Available 40+ hours per week
- Pre-professional health education students are particularly welcome to apply
- High school diploma or equivalent
