Our mission is to provide optimal health coaching for maximizing body composition for our clients. Utilizing exercise, nutrition, vitamin/supplement nutraceuticals, and prescriptions for their programs. We believe in empowering our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness.

• Conduct consultations and create personalized plans.
• Manage clients' body composition/weight loss journeys and provide bi-weekly InBody scans for instant feedback on results.
• Recommend and manage Serotonin Nutraceutical supplements protocols.
• Communicate with clients between appointments and document their journeys.
• Convert guests to membership and create their new exercise and nutrition programs (software provided).
• Follow-up with new clients requesting more information about HC related inquiries.
• Community outreach and events weekly to educate potential clients on our program and membership benefits.

• Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in business software platforms tech.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to motivate and encourage others.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Willingness to learn and sell all SEROTONIN Anti‑Aging Centers services, packages, memberships, and products.
• Phlebotomy a plus

• Huddles and Meetings
  :
  Ensure that daily huddles are happening and all appointments are reviewed. Keep the tracker up to date and the whiteboard posted with MTD Goal and MTD Actual for the current date/day.
• Product and Service Knowledge
  :
  Complete all training courses, and continue service and product education ongoing. Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered, including Nutraceuticals, Serotonin Skincare, Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Optimized Health, Health Coach services, InBody Scan, Serotonin Coach app, Botox/Fillers, Hydra Facial, Microneedling, Peels, PRP, Cool Sculpting, Cool Tone, IV Therapy, HBOT and Red Light Therapy.
• Sales Skills
  :
  Focus on asking more questions than talking to understand client needs better. Know how to close a sale effectively using our proven system to help the most guests become their most vibrant self.

• Client Interaction
  :
  Treat every client with respect and empathy. Listen actively to their concerns and provide personalized consultations and transparent communication.
• Client Education
  :
  Empower clients by providing them with knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about their health and wellness. This is done through questions and NOT a data download. No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care.

• HIPAA and Biohazard Standards
  :
  Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and biohazard standards to maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and staff.
