As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. Health care experience is not required.

• Associate’s degree required;
  Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Collaboration with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to meet business needs.
• Other qualifications and skill combinations may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
