OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and prioritizes personal and professional growth. Health care experience is not required.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community.
- Financial management – manage clinic operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Autonomy – run your clinic while receiving support and guidance from your director, regional peers, and the company.

- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals and standards.

- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at the discretion of the Divisional Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Collaboration with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to meet business needs.
- Other qualifications and skill combinations may be considered at the discretion of the ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
