Job Description- Coordinates and manages multi-disciplinary projects for the Research Institute, acting as a liaison between the Research Administrative Core and leaders, stakeholders, business users, and implementation teams.
- Ensures timely submission and compliance of all program activities.
- Independently manages project implementation plans and outreach initiatives, tracking and reporting milestones.
- Defines project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
- Implements projects strategically, adhering to quality standards throughout the lifecycle.
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with diverse populations, leaders at all levels, operations teams, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a stressful, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and change management skills
- Strong presentation skills (oral, written and PowerPoint), with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff
- Analytical, critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
- in Healthcare, Science, Nursing, Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- in related field including:
Research Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of work experience in clinical research or related healthcare environment. [Required]
- 5+ years of work experience in research administration office in a project management or coordination role, successfully leading project teams. [Preferred]
- Experience in leading the implementation of a large, department or system-wide project (e.g., new processes, software, policies and procedures). [Required]
