Acorn Health is an applied behavioral analysis (ABA) treatment provider focused on delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care for children on the autism spectrum. Job Responsibilities
  • Complete required training to provide ABA therapy (state requirements vary).
  • Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients to expand skills, reduce problem behaviors, and reinforce behavioral supports.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising BCBA and team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
  • Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to refine treatment plans.
  • Provide services in centers, homes, schools, or other appropriate locations.
  • Schedule may include driving between clients.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience working with children (e.g., caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare) highly preferred.
  • Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for helping others.
