Nemours Children’s Hospital, Florida is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (FULL TIME) to join our team in Downtown Orlando.

Qualified candidates will have RBT certification and must be working toward certification in behavior analysis.

• Collect data for each child’s performance on a daily basis, both acceleration and deceleration.
• Conduct individual teaching sessions for each child as assigned – schedule changes daily.
• Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the therapy rooms.
• Care for child with toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and all other self‑care programs and needs.
• Communicate session outcome with parents/caregivers.
• Assist in developing training materials that are up to date with current technologies on a daily basis.
• Graph all data as assigned.
• Assist in designing data sheets and graphs.
• Provide input for programmatic decisions.
• Attend all weekly staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Adhere to all Nemours policies and procedures.

• Have completed at least 2 years of college and currently in a 4‑year program with anticipated graduation date;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Must be a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) by the BACB, or have Registered Behavioral Technician status maintained throughout employment.
