Position
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
LocationOrlando, FL
SchedulePRN/Per Diem, 12‑hour shifts: AM and PM shifts available
Compensation$21 per hour plus shift differential for night and weekend shifts
About Select Specialty Hospital – Orlando CentralWe are a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world‑class inpatient post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. We help patients during some of the most vulnerable, painful moments of their lives, and our CNAs play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent care every step of the way.
Responsibilities- Perform bathing using basin‑less bath products, oral hygiene, oral feeding, and hair care for patients.
- Participate in hourly rounds.
- Transport patients to and from various treatment centers when necessary, and assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
- Maintain the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment such as bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
- Keep patients’ rooms in clean and orderly condition.
- Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
- Requires hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (e.g., medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student).
- BLS is required within 90 days of hire.
