Practice Overview

Independently owned dermatology practice with a strong community reputation. Founded 12 years ago, the practice is known for its patient-centered care—particularly serving the elderly population. The team is highly tenured, collaborative, and culture-driven, with long-standing staff and supportive leadership.

We are seeking a Dermatology Physician Assistant with at least one year of dermatology experience (family medicine background preferred). This is a full-scope dermatology role ideal for someone who wants to grow long‑term with a well-established, down‑to‑earth practice.

• Evaluate and treat a full range of dermatologic conditions, including:
  • Rashes and general dermatology
  • Skin cancer screenings
  • Shave biopsies
• Provide care to elderly patients in both clinic and contracted nursing home settings
• See approximately 40 patients per day during nursing home visits
• Clinic patient volume ~30 patients per day
• Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team
• Participate in practice growth and contribute ideas in a team-oriented environment

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• One day per week at contracted nursing homes (mileage reimbursed)

• Dedicated Medical Assistant available to shadow and assist with charting
• Highly experienced, stable staff (6+ years tenure)
• Growing practice with a new office expansion underway

• Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience
• Family Medicine background preferred
• Spanish-speaking / bilingual strongly preferred but not required
• Compassion for treating elderly patients

• Competitive compensation $100 k–130 k
• Flexible compensation structure:
  • Bonuses
  • Percentage-based compensation (open to discussion)
