Overview
Coordinates and communicates daily assignment of donor services employees.

- Coordinates daily assignment of mobile units within respective areas of responsibility
- Determines and communicates to the Donor Services supervisor/designee the long and short-range staffing availability
- Acts as the primary point of contact for Donor Services employees assigned to specific collection areas with regard to PTO requests or any other special scheduling exemptions
- Ensures that an adequate pool of available Donor Services employees is available on a week-by-week basis to support pending blood drives.

Education And/Or ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent and one to two years general office experience.

Knowledge, Abilities And Skills- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to organize work for timely completion
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English
