• Attends department meetings and engages in positive dialogue to support department objectives.
• Obtains high-quality scans by following proper exam protocols and adapting procedures to each patient's medical situation.
• Other duties as assigned. Confirms patient and exam accuracy using two patient identifiers before administering exams.
• Performs, documents, and reports all procedures in accordance with departmental policy. Reviews images and completes ultrasound worksheets promptly, re-scanning patients as requested by Radiologists.
• Communicates and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, including notifying physicians of abnormal findings.

Associate Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)

RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement

Registered Technologist - Vascular Sonography (R.T.(VS)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
