Responsibilities- Full Time - Days
- Oversees the assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of processes impacting the quality and quantity of patient care.
- Evaluates clinical care processes and patient outcomes, directing plans that lead to consistent positive results.
- Provides leadership in care delivery and nursing practice, ensuring standardization and alignment with organizational strategies.
- Drives performance metrics, analyzes data trends, and coaches nursing teams to improve performance.
- Manages performance improvement activities related to clinical outcomes and conducts Performance Review Committees as needed.
- Strong organization skills [Required]
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams through process changes and sustainment. [Required]
- Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel [Required]
- Competency in personal leadership abilities [Required]
- Bachelor s of Nursing [Required]
- Master s of Nursing [Preferred]
- in Nursing or relevant field Required
- 2+ years of experience in leadership roles in a comparable health care entity [Required]
- 5+ years of experience in nursing [Required]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
