• Full Time - Days
• Oversees the assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of processes impacting the quality and quantity of patient care.
• Evaluates clinical care processes and patient outcomes, directing plans that lead to consistent positive results.
• Provides leadership in care delivery and nursing practice, ensuring standardization and alignment with organizational strategies.
• Drives performance metrics, analyzes data trends, and coaches nursing teams to improve performance.
• Manages performance improvement activities related to clinical outcomes and conducts Performance Review Committees as needed.

• Strong organization skills [Required]
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams through process changes and sustainment. [Required]
• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel [Required]
• Competency in personal leadership abilities [Required]

• Bachelor s of Nursing [Required]
• Master s of Nursing [Preferred]

• in Nursing or relevant field Required

• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles in a comparable health care entity [Required]
• 5+ years of experience in nursing [Required]

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
