About The PositionWe are currently seeking qualified full‑time and part‑time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in‑clinic Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This position is based entirely in our state‑of‑the‑art Winter Park office, which features two‑way mirrors for supervision and training, sand tray rooms, play therapy spaces, and more.
Unlike many other companies, we have very little turnover, ensuring a consistent, team‑oriented, and supportive work environment.

- Work one‑on‑one with children in our clinic to implement ABA‑based behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
- Assist children with daily routines and therapeutic activities.
- Monitor behavior and track progress using real‑time data collection.
- Provide detailed and accurate treatment notes and documentation.
- Support communication between families, clinicians, and your supervising BCBA.
- Receive regular clinical supervision from experienced BCBAs who have been with Kinder for years.
