- 7:00 a.m.).

Position Overview:
As a key member of the lab team, you'll perform and interpret complex testing in all major areas, ensuring quality results that support critical clinical decisions. You'll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that values precision, teamwork, and growth.

What You'll Do:

• Perform testing in Microbiology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology.
• Analyze, interpret, and verify results for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Schedule:

• Full-time night shift (7:00 p.m.
  
  - 7:00 a.m.)
• 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends

Requirements:

• Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required.
• ASCP certification (MT or MLS) strongly preferred.
• Experience in Microbiology and Blood Bank required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
