Per Diem

Night Shift 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12‑hour shifts, weekend shift rotation required

Must be flexible to float as needed to the following Advent Health locations:
Winter Park, Celebration, Altamonte, and Orlando (Winter Garden location to be opened soon)

• RNs in the Women’s Float Pool will float to various OB units as needed at any of these locations:
  Winter Park, Celebration, Altamonte, and Orlando
• Labor and Delivery, L&D experience required
• Potential Units may include:
  Mother‑Infant Unit (MIU/Mother Baby), Perinatal High‑Risk Unit (PHRU) and Labor and Delivery (L&D)

The Regional Inpatient Float Pool offers employees the opportunity to experience different Critical Care Units of multiple specialties while serving various communities in the Greater Orlando area.

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age‑specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the Advent Health Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

• Graduate of a school of nursing
• Current valid State of Florida or multi‑state license as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced life support certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP) per specialty/unit requirements
• Recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required

• Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Professional certification
