• Actively participates in bedside shift reports, safety huddles, multidisciplinary patient rounds, and hourly rounding.
• Provides quality patient care under the direction of the Physician and in collaboration with the Registered Nurse.
• Participates in shared decision‑making, performance improvement activities, and provides input to committees.
• Accepts accountability for problem‑solving issues and works with leaders to resolve clinical issues.
• Documents interventions in a timely manner.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Required)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
