Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat psychiatric and behavioral health conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using integrated digital tools.
- Communicate with patients through secure messaging systems and manage appointment scheduling.
- Adhere to all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuity of care by coordinating insurance coverage and patient access to services.
- Active and unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Current board certification and a valid national provider identifier.
- Authorization to prescribe controlled substances where applicable, along with active professional liability insurance.
- Ability to manage clinical caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care.
- Commitment to patient-centered, ethical, and compassionate mental health services.
- Prior experience in outpatient mental health or private practice settings.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and insurance-based care delivery.
- Interest in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Support with insurance credentialing across multiple states.
- Streamlined administrative processes and reliable, predictable payments.
- Access to a comprehensive electronic health record system, including scheduling, secure patient communication, documentation templates, and clinical assessments.
- Ongoing guidance related to compliance, regulatory updates, and audit readiness.

Rate: $206.00 per hour
