- State licensure (or licensure available in the state) required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Flexible schedule; ability to work at multiple facilities and travel.
- Successful completion of CARD® with a score ≥80% after hire and training.
- Intermediate computer skills; proficiency in MS Office and DaVita applications within 60 days.
