Language Link Therapy is dedicated to providing exceptional speech and language therapy services to children and families. With three established locations in the Orlando area, our mission is to foster communication skills and improve the quality of life for our patients. We offer individualized therapy and have a strong focus on collaboration with families to ensure every child's therapy plan is tailored to meet their unique needs.

Language Link Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our practice in Orlando. The full-time position includes approximately 30-35 hours of direct treatment per week, during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM). You will join an already developed schedule across our three Orlando locations, providing speech and language therapy to children aged 2-8 with a variety of speech and language disorders.

We are also offering part-time positions for those interested in working approximately 12-20 hours per week.

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families
• Provide direct therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other communication disorders
• Document progress and maintain accurate records of sessions
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and teachers, to optimize therapy outcomes
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in speech therapy

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ages 2-8
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with families and staff
• Passion for helping children reach their full communication potential
